Passport Renewal

To expedite a Passport Renewal, you need:

* Two recent identical passport-sized photos (Photos must be taken in front of a plain light background, and must be no more than 6 months old)
* Your most recently issued U.S. Passport
* One completed application form DSP-82 (Original marriage certificate or court order if your name has changed)
* Check or money order payable to Russian-American Consulting Corp.

Processing time: up to 1 week

New Passport

To Expedite a New Passport or Renewal of a damaged passport you need:

* 2 Passport-sized photos.
* Original/Certified Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate or a Passport issued over 15 years ago
* Copy of valid Driver's License as Proof of Identity (Children - copy of mother's and father's proof of identity)
* Completed Passport Application Form DS-11. (Do not sign this application until instructed by clerk).
(For those who have lost a valid passport, you must also complete Lost Passport Form DS-64)
* Proof of Departure - Original flight itinerary from the airline, copy of airline ticket or a corporate letter stating U.S. departure date (Departure must be within 14 days for those requesting a passport in less than three weeks).
* Check/Money Order, payable to U.S. Passport Services. Do NOT write checks until instructed to do so by clerk.
* 2 Letters of Authorization (attached) - one goes inside the envelope, one outside.

Instructions:
Take the items for the Passport Office to an authorized post office or clerk of court, indicating that your passport application will be hand-delivered to the passport office. Ask them to execute the application and seal them in an envelope marked "TO BE OPENED BY PASSPORT OFFICE PERSONNEL ONLY". Do not leave sealed envelope with clerk. You must present your original proof of identity to clerk. All applicants must appear in person at the post office or the courthouse, including children and infants. Minors must be accompanied by both parents or legal guardians with acceptable proof of ID.

Note: Sealed envelope expires 5 business days after being sealed by clerk of court or postmaster.

Once you've complete all the above steps send the sealed envelope to SK Travel.

* Information sheet (attached)
* Prepaid self-addressed envelope for return mail or $20 for FedEx

Processing time: up to 1 week

Adding pages to your valid US passport

To Expedite adding pages to your valid US passport you need:

* Your current valid passport
* Completed Passport Application Form DS-4085
* Proof of Departure - Original flight itinerary from the airline, copy of airline ticket or a corporate letter stating U.S. departure date (Departure must be within 14 days for those requesting a passport in less than three weeks).
* Check/Money Order, payable to SK Travel

Processing time: up to 1 week

Other things you need to keep in mind:

Visas can not be changed or extended

* US and most foreign citizens require an entry visa for travel to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other CIS countries
* US citizens do not require a visa for travel to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
* Processing time, document requirements and fees frequently change for all countries. We carefully monitor all regulations and will keep this site up to date. We can also inform you of of the current requirements and fees for any specific country upon request.
* We strongly suggest that you check with us the specific regulations of local authorities of the destination country concerning your stay there (passport registration, driver's license validity, etc.)
* Check the expiration date of your passport. It must be valid at least 6 months after the expiration date of your visa

Russian Visa

Please provide SK Travel with the following information to acquire an entry visa for Russia:

· a valid passport
· a filled out application: For US Citizens / For non-US Citizens. Please fill out the application and make sure to sign before sending
· one passport size photo (2" x 2")
· a prepaid FedEx airbill, if you want your visa mailed to you
· a check for the amount specified below

Single entry visa (up to 1 month)10-15 business days

· a valid passport
· a filled out application: form. Please fill out the application and make sure to sign before sending

· a prepaid FedEx airbill, if you want your visa mailed to you
· a check for the amount specified below, depending on visa type

Travel Passport

въездные/выездные документы для граждан, находящихся на территории США и не имеющих американского гражданства:

Processing time: 4-12 weeks

If you have a refugee status, you should request Refugee Travel Documents

Permit to re-enter the U.S. (Travel Passport) и Refugee Travel Document

U. S. Immigration and Naturalization Service оформляет въездные/выездные документы для лиц, находящихся на территории США и не имеющих американского гражданства.

Для подготовки комплекта документов на подачу в INS на оформление Travel Passport или Refugee Travel Document * необходимо предоставить в Russian American Consulting Corp :

• копию Permanent Resident Card, с двух сторон (для лиц со статусом беженца - копия белой карточки)
• копию Social Security Card
• копию водительских прав или другого удостоверения личности с фото
• 2 фото (как на американский паспорт)
• заполненная и подписанная анкета I 131 (пожалуйста, поставьте подпись в графе №8, и не заполняйте графу №9!)
• домашний адрес и телефон
• выданний ранее travel document (если имеется)
• oплаченний air bill от FedEx
• оплату

Срок исполнения: 4-12 недель
